I. Collect information of the people
Edumall will collect customer information including: Full name; Contact address; E-mail; Phone number; Username; Login password to set personal records. The content includes mandatory information of customers' declaration when registering an account on Edumall; When collecting personal information of customers, Edumall wishes to provide the most practical utilities to customers, protect the rights and ensure respect for the privacy of customers. Within the terms, Edumall pledges not to sell, lease or exchange data data collected to those other subjects other than those listed in this Regulation.
II. Use personal information
Information collected from customers is used within the scope:- Providing consulting services to customers according to customer information provided; - Send customers notifications about information exchange activities between Edumall and members; - Ensuring customer safety when there is a risk of destroying and appropriating customers' accounts and fake customers; - Contact customers to provide goods/services when customers buy goods/services on the floor. Confirm information when performing buying and delivery activities; - Conducting surveys; promotional activities, providing updated information about the terms of the floor operations that affect customers; Customer information security is the top priority of Edumall when collecting customer information. Edumall always tries to catch up with customer information protection standards; Edumall asks for a password confirmation when logging in to combat unauthorized access to the customer's personal information system. In case the customer leaves the computer and has not yet been logged on the website, the system will automatically log out after a period of time.
III. Information storage time
1. Edumall will store information collected from customers from the time the customer declared the information until the customer's account stopped operating. 2. Edumall will store and use customer information when it is necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and execute Edumall's agreements. 3. Customers can also withdraw the agreement to allow collection, use and/or disclose the personal data of the customer that Edumall is preserving or controlling by sending email to the customer care department of Edumall floor management at email trogip@edumall.vn or via Zalo 0865868256, and we will handle these requirements as security policies as well as relevant laws. However, the consent of the consent may mean that Edumall will not be able to continue providing services to customers, and the floor management may need to stop your current relationship and/or your contract with Edumall.
IV. Change or eliminate personal profile information
Customers can check, update, adjust or cancel their personal information in the following ways:+ Customers log in to their account, go to personal information and edit personal information; + Customers call the support phone number/email support of the floor management board and require personal information editing.
V. Commitment to customer information security
V.1 Personal customer information protection policy
Edumall floor management committed to security of customers' personal information according to the following contents:- Absolute security commitment according to the personal information protection policy of Edumall floor; - Absolute security commitment to all online transactions of customers including information about trading history; information on digital vouchers in the safety central data area; - Commitment not to use, not transfer, not provide or disclose to any other third parties about personal information of customers when there is no permission from customers except other terms prescribed in this Regulation and in accordance with law; - In case of arising technical errors or data attacks, the floor management board shall notify the authorities and customers within 03 days from the incident.
V.2 Payment information protection policy
